Press and hold the Num Lock for 5 seconds until you hear a tone. You will see a pop-up window appear.

Windows 11 has a centralized location for majority of its settings. From system configurations to creating new users and updating Windows, all can be done from its System Settings pane.
To get to System Settings, you can use the Windows key + i shortcut or click on Start ==> Settings as shown in the image below:

Windows Settings pane should look similar to the image below. On Windows Settings app, click the Accessibility on the left, then select the Keyboard tile on the right pane as highlighted in the image below.
On the Accessibility -> Keyboard settings pane, select the Toggle keys tile. Then toggle the button switch to On or Off position to enable or disable.
