On Edge Settings page, click Language on the left menu, then click the Add languages button on the right pane area to add language.
When the pop up window opens, search for the language you wish to add or scroll down the list and select the language(s) you want to add.
Once the language is added, it should appear on the list of language added to Edge.
Once you’re done, relaunch Edge for the new changes to apply. After that, the next time you visit a web page in one of the languages selected above, Edge will display in its native version without prompting to translate.
